Anyone can look up a Steam title, submit it, and rally votes: 20 votes greenlight a request for team review, the most-voted requests are reviewed first, and every request has 4 days to find its supporters, so the queue always reflects what players actually want right now.
Any full Steam game is eligible. Search by name or paste a store link, and the eligibility checks run before you submit: already in the library, open duplicates, and DRM. What can't be added: Denuvo-protected games until a patch exists, online-only and kernel anti-cheat titles, and unreleased games. Every build here is a free pre-installed download, so a game must be able to run without the original store attached.
