Is The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners completely free?

No. This is a paid title from Skydance Interactive that's distributed here as a pre-installed PC game package. There's no charge at the download step on this listing, but the game itself is commercial software — treat it as a paid product, not open-source freeware.

How do I install The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners?

Download the package, extract the archive to a folder with a short file path, then launch the executable from inside the extracted folder. Avoid deeply nested directories, since long-path errors are a common snag with pre-installed game packages. Confirm the build number and file hash listed on the download page before launching.

What version is this build?

We're labeling the version as an estimate. The listing doesn't provide a confirmed build number, so check the download page for the current version before installing. The content described here reflects the post-Reserve cache storyline, not the original launch build.

How much disk space do I need?

Plan for roughly 40–50 GB, which is an estimate based on the game's scope and included content. Pre-installed packages expand during extraction, so keep extra free space beyond the archive size. We tested on an SSD and recommend one — mechanical drives will slow load times considerably.

Do I need a VR headset to play?

The game was designed VR-first by Skydance Interactive. If you're playing a flat-screen adaptation or a modded setup, expect some control and comfort compromises. Our team found the core melee and crafting loop still holds up, but the experience is tuned around VR interaction.
