Is Cyberpunk 2077 completely free?

Yes, this pre-installed v2.31 build is offered as a free download on our site. The game itself is a paid title from CD Projekt Red, so consider supporting the developers by purchasing it on Steam if you enjoy it.

Does this include the Phantom Liberty DLC?

The package is labeled Ultimate Edition and includes the free Update 2.2 content. Phantom Liberty is a separate paid expansion; some community members report it is not included in every mirror, so check the file listing before downloading.

Do I need the 61.2 GB language pack?

Only if you want audio or subtitles in languages other than English. The base game is English-only. Extract the language pack, copy the archive folder into the game directory, and change the language in steam_emu.ini.

How do I fix the 0x80004005 unzip error?

This usually happens when the antivirus interferes with extraction. Move the archive to a folder excluded from Defender, then re-extract with 7-Zip or WinRAR. Several users in our discussion thread fixed it this way.

Can I install mods on this build?

Yes. Mods work, but there is no built-in mod manager, so you will need to place files manually in the game directory. Because the build is v2.31, most current mods on Nexus are compatible.
