Is Assetto Corsa completely free?

Yes, this pre-installed build is offered as a free download. The base game is a commercial title, so if you want to support the developer you can also purchase it on Steam.

How do I install Assetto Corsa from this package?

Extract the 21.3 GB archive into an antivirus-excluded folder, install the dependencies from the Redist or _CommonRedist folder, then launch the game via steamclient_loader.exe or the Run me batch file. Run it as administrator to avoid licensing prompts.

Why is steamclient_loader.exe missing after extraction?

Your antivirus most likely quarantined it during extraction. Open your antivirus protection history, restore the file, and add the game folder to your exclusions before extracting again.

Does Assetto Corsa support VR?

Yes, VR is supported, though it requires manual settings tuning for a smooth experience. Controller support is only partial, so a wheel is recommended.

What are the system requirements?

The recommended specs list Windows 7 SP1 through 10, an AMD six-core or Intel quad-core CPU, 6 GB RAM, a DirectX 11 GPU such as a Radeon 290X or GTX 970, and 30 GB of storage.
