Is ankergames.met the official Anker Games site?

No. ankergames.met is a lookalike domain string, not the official catalog. The Anker Games catalog is hosted at ankergamess.net, where the game pages and guides live.

Why does ankergames.met show up in search results at all?

Search engines match the words in your query. A domain containing "ankergames" can rank for a branded query even if the page behind it is thin or unrelated. The current 0% CTR on that listing suggests people are not finding what they need there.

Can I download games from ankergames.met?

You should not rely on it. Lookalike domains often resolve to parked pages or redirects rather than real download pages. Use the catalog on ankergamess.net to find and download pre-installed PC games.

What is the difference between .met and .net here?

.met is an uncommon country-code extension used in the lookalike string, while .net is the extension used by the actual Anker Games catalog site. The domain ending is the fastest way to tell them apart.

Are pre-installed games hard to run?

They are designed to reduce setup work, since the installation is handled before the download. You still need a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC with enough free disk space for the packaged game.
